Who we are

Martinez Painting is a painter service serving homes and businesses in Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, San Marcos, Leander, Pflugerville, University of Texas, Kyle, Hutto, and nearby communities. We are insured.

Estimates and quotes

Martinez Painting provides free estimates for residential and commercial painting projects. Quotes are based on the information you provide and any on-site assessment. A quote is not a binding contract until both parties agree to the scope, price, and schedule in writing or by confirmed message. Final pricing may change if the job scope changes, hidden conditions are found, or you request additional work.

Services

We offer interior painting, exterior painting, commercial painting, surface preparation, drywall repair, wallpaper removal, color consultations, and specialty finishes. Scheduling depends on weather (for exteriors), access to the property, and project size. We will communicate timing as clearly as possible and work to minimize disruption.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact and property information, reasonable access to the work area, and a safe site. Please move or protect valuable items where practical. You are responsible for obtaining any required building permissions for your property unless we agree in writing to handle them.

Payment

Payment terms will be stated on your quote or invoice. Work may require a deposit before start and the balance upon completion. Late or returned payments may delay remaining work.

Warranty and limitations

We stand behind quality workmanship and the proper use of premium paints and materials. Product warranties, if any, are those of the paint manufacturer. We are not responsible for damage caused by existing structural issues, moisture, substrate failure, later alterations, or conditions outside our control, including severe weather after an exterior job.
